Edits to docs

I added a few edits which basically tried to add details and rewrite for clarity where needed. I left in some placeholders for info I think you might want to add, such as contact email/information.

Also for this:

The default location for that file is .kube/config in your home directory; if you put it somewhere else, you can set the KUBECONFIG environment variable to its location so Kubectl can find it

I would suggest to list the options for all OS's, as there are more people using Windows and macOS on campus than Linux (sadly).
