I fixed the broken Role so you can now create the Ingress.

This MR sets the resource requests, necessary to avoid quota errors, and sets the GIT_SYNC_REPO directly so you don't have to create a secret (the URL is not secret since this repo doesn't need a password).

Note that GIT_SYNC_BRANCH is set to dist but that branch doesn't exist.
