Get logs and metric from hsrn-ceph1

hsrn-ceph1 is part of the Ceph cluster but not part of the Kubernetes cluster. As such, it does not run the promtail and node-exporter DaemonSets.

It should be easy to install Docker and run those containers manually. They would have to be added to the Prometheus config (I don't think they need to be in the Kubernetes Service).
